The selection of parcels is carried out with the utmost care. Once chosen, they are monitored with special attention and the greatest respect for Nature. Cultivation, biodynamics,

soil and plant analysis, vine protection, and vinification…

Our method is simple: add nothing to what Nature already knows how to express.

From carefully selected grapes, we have conceived, defined, and structured an oenological approach

that remains as faithful as possible to the terroir and to our vision.

Vinification follows a highly natural approach, with as few inputs as possible, as we have done for over thirty years. And because our approach is holistic

— leaving only to Nature the privilege of chance — bottling has also been the subject of the same level of excellence.

Each bottle and each cork has been chosen as the setting for this precious wine, the fruit of our expertise, our experience, and our desire for excellence.
